The Zebra DS2208-SR7U2100AZW is a corded handheld barcode scanner for capturing common 1D and 2D codes at point-of-sale terminals, check-in desks, shipping stations, and light-manufacturing work areas. It reads printed labels and electronic barcodes used for coupons, loyalty programs, and ticketing.
A 640 × 480-pixel image sensor, PRZM Intelligent Imaging, and omnidirectional capture help users read barcodes with point-and-shoot simplicity. The scanner is host powered, so it remains available without charging, battery replacement, or Bluetooth pairing.
The DS2208 supports retail checkout, electronic coupon redemption, loyalty scanning, hospitality check-in, ticketing, shipping and receiving, product tracking, and clean work-in-process environments.
Zebra LS2208 users may be able to reuse compatible universal cables when moving to DS2208 2D imaging. Confirm the host interface, connector, color, stand requirements, and exact package contents before ordering
The DS2208 is corded. Buyers who need Bluetooth connectivity and worker mobility should consider the cordless Zebra DS2278 instead.
