30 Years of Service
Zebra designed the ZM400 and ZM600 to work only with genuine Zebra printheads, and each head is matched to resolution: 203, 300 or 600 dpi on the ZM400 (600 dpi is ZM400 only), and 203 or 300 dpi on the ZM600. Zebra stopped selling these printers in 2014 and ended service and support at the end of 2019, so the right printhead and platen roller are what keep a ZM running. If you're ready to replace yours, see the Zebra ZT411 & ZT421 label printers.
These printheads are 100% genuine Zebra OEM, with no knockoffs or substitutions, and include Zebra's full manufacturer's warranty. Midwest Barcoding Solutions works with ZM owners across the Midwest to find the right part, and you may qualify for free Zebra printheads.
