Zebra ZT231 printheads are a different part from ZT220 and ZT230 printheads, so order by your exact model. Zebra lists P1037974-010 (203 dpi) and P1037974-011 (300 dpi) for the ZT220 and ZT230, and P1123335-012 (203 dpi) and P1123335-013 (300 dpi) for the ZT231, which Zebra designed to work only with genuine Zebra printheads. The platen roller, P1037974-028, is the one part all three share. Zebra discontinued the ZT220 and ZT230 in 2022 but supports them through January 2027.
