Zebra Xi4 printheads are matched to both the printer and its resolution: the 110Xi4 runs 203, 300 or 600 dpi, the 140Xi4 203 dpi only, and the 170Xi4 and 220Xi4 203 or 300 dpi. On a 600 dpi 110Xi4, the platen roller and drive belt also differ from the 203 and 300 dpi parts, and a 300 dpi 220Xi4 takes its own drive belt, so match all three to your dpi. The 110Xi4, 140Xi4 and 170Xi4 were succeeded by the Zebra ZT610 & ZT620 label printers, while the 220Xi4 remains in Zebra's lineup.
