Zebra ZT411 and ZT421 printheads are thin-film heads, and Zebra designed the ZT411's printhead and platen roller to be replaced without tools. The ZT411 takes 203, 300 or 600 dpi heads and the ZT421 takes 203 or 300 dpi, and the drive belt follows resolution too: one belt for 203 dpi, another shared by 300 and 600 dpi.
