- HC50 or HC55: the HC50 is Wi-Fi only, for staff who work inside your facilities. The HC55 adds 5G and private 5G, one nano SIM and one eSIM, GPS, and cellular voice calling, for home health, paramedics and staff who move between campus buildings.
- HC50/HC55 or HC20/HC25: in North America, the HC50 and HC55 include a dedicated scan engine, more memory, true hot swap, a front camera and Wi-Fi 6E. The lower-cost HC20 and HC25 scan with the camera instead, which is fine for occasional scanning but slower for bedside medication scanning.
- Voice and push-to-talk: both models can work as a push-to-talk radio, a PBX phone and a secure messaging device. These features need Zebra Workcloud Communication licenses, sold separately.
- Need something tougher? The HC50 and HC55 are built for clinical spaces, not loading docks or freezers. For harsher conditions, the Zebra TC501 is rated for 8 ft. drops and works down to -4°F.
