ZT41142-T0100EGA is a Zebra ZT411 RFID printer: a 4-inch thermal transfer industrial printer with a fully integrated UHF RFID encoder. How RFID Works on the Zebra ZT411
- Print and encode together: each RFID label is printed and its chip is written in the same pass, so the printed barcode and the encoded data always match.
- Standards supported: UHF EPC Gen 2 V2.1 and ISO 18000-63.
- Automatic setup: Zebra's Adaptive Encoding Technology selects the best encode settings for the label you load.
- Small labels welcome: it encodes RFID labels spaced as closely as 0.6 in. apart on the roll, which suits small item-level tags.

How Do You Know Which Zebra ZT411 RFID Printer Is Right for You?
Every Zebra ZT411 shares the same core specs. What changes from one part number to the next is how it's configured. These are the choices to make:
- RFID or not: this build includes the RFID encoder. If you only print barcode labels, the standard Zebra ZT411 costs less.
- Tagging metal? Standard RFID labels don't read well on metal surfaces. Zebra makes an on-metal RFID version of the ZT411 for that job, so ask us before you order if metal assets are on your list.
- Print resolution (dpi): 203 dpi is the fastest and suits most shipping and warehouse barcodes. 300 dpi gives sharper small text and denser barcodes. 600 dpi is for very small labels and fine detail, at a lower speed.
- Media handling: the standard build tears labels off at the front. You can also choose a cutter, a peel option that presents each label with the liner removed, or an internal rewind that winds finished labels back onto a roll. A cutter can't be combined with peel or rewind, so pick the one that matches how you'll use the printer.
- Connectivity: USB, serial, Ethernet and Bluetooth come standard. Wi-Fi is available if the printer won't sit near a network drop.

RFID Labels, Ribbons and Supplies for the Zebra ZT411
- RFID labels: the printer needs labels with a UHF RFID inlay built in. You may also see them called RFID stickers or RFID tags. Shop RFID labels, or ask us to match one to what you're tagging.
- Zebra ZT411 ribbon: the printer takes ribbons on a 1 in. core, up to 1,476 ft. long and from 2 in. to 4.33 in. wide. Shop Zebra ribbons.
