- Print resolution (dpi): 203 dpi is the fastest and suits most shipping and warehouse barcodes. 300 dpi gives sharper small text and denser barcodes. 600 dpi is for very small labels and fine detail, at a lower speed.
- Media handling: the standard build tears labels off at the front. You can also choose a cutter, a peel option that presents each label with the liner removed, or an internal rewind that winds finished labels back onto a roll. A cutter can't be combined with peel or rewind, so pick the one that matches how you'll use the printer.
- Connectivity: USB, serial, Ethernet and Bluetooth come standard. Wi-Fi is available if the printer won't sit near a network drop.
- RFID: the ZT610 is available with a built-in UHF RFID encoder, for printing and encoding RFID labels in one pass.
